• PDF Unlock - Remove password protection from PDFs
• PDF Rotate - Rotate PDF pages
• PDF Watermark - Add watermarks to PDFs
• PDF Organize - Reorder and organize PDF pages
• Other PDF manipulation tools

3. Use License and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in our Services

4. File Processing and Ownership

4.1 Your Files and Content

When you upload files to our Services:

• You retain all ownership rights to your files and content
• You grant us a temporary, limited license to process your files according to your selected tool
• You are solely responsible for the content of your uploaded files
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and process the files
• You agree not to upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or violate any laws

4.2 File Storage and Deletion

• All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted after 2 hours for guests (7 days for registered members with hourly automated batch deletion)
• We do not permanently store, backup, or retain your files beyond the processing period
• We are not responsible for any loss of files or data
• You should maintain your own backups of important files

4.3 Prohibited Content

You must NOT upload files that contain:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors
• Malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents)
• Confidential or proprietary information you do not have the right to disclose
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to report illegal activity to law enforcement.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

5.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, 24x7 service availability, but:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• We may suspend or discontinue Services at any time without notice
• Processing times may vary based on file size, complexity, and server load

5.2 File Size and Usage Limits

• Maximum file size: 100MB per file (subject to change)
• We may impose usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users
• Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access

5.3 Quality and Accuracy

• We strive to provide high-quality results, but we do not guarantee perfect accuracy or quality
• Results may vary depending on input file quality, format, and complexity
• You are responsible for verifying the output meets your requirements

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹1,000 (ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
