Account Deletion Request

At All PDF Tools By QuantumApp, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Delete via the Mobile App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly from the mobile app:

1. Open the All PDF Tools By QuantumApp app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab from the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap on Privacy & Security (or Account Settings).
4. Tap on Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision. Your account and all data will be deleted instantly.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact our support team:

• Send an email to: hello@quantumapp.dev
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request - All PDF Tools By QuantumApp
• In the email body, please specify the registered email address of the account you want to delete.

Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our servers:

• Your profile information (Name, Email, Avatar).
• Your document history and processing stats.
• All files currently stored in your temporary space.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
